Lagos State Model College/Upgraded Junior Secondary School Computer Based Test, [CBT] and Pencil and Paper Type [PPT] Screening Test/Entrance Examination Dates, Time and Venue for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

The Lagos State Examination Board wishes to inform all parents and guardians, Headteachers, Proprietors and Proprietresses that the Screening Test/Entrance Examination Schedule of the Lagos State Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary School for the 2020/2021 academic session has been announced.


Lagos Model College Screening Test Dates 2020/2021 [PPT & CBT]

The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held at ICT Room, Lagos State Examinations Board from Saturday 26th – Wednesday 30th September, 2020, while the Paper Pencil Test (PPT) will hold on Saturday 3rd October, 2020 at 43 designated centres across the State. 

PLEASE NOTE:
Successful candidates would be offered admission into any of the Sixteen (16) Model Colleges or Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools irrespective of the first or second choice indicated on their forms.

In view of this, the Schools’ Principals are advised to take cognizance of the prevailing situation of COVID 19 Pandemic and to adhere strictly to the laid down guidelines and protocols to prevent its spread. 2020 Lagos State (BECE) Exam Dates & Venue Out

The Board also wishes to inform all duly registered candidates to revisit the Exams Board website to reprint their registration slips to ascertain their current centres.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) Gives Recent Updates on the Sale of Forms

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) on Monday announced that it has concluded all plans to commence the sale of 2021/2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) registration forms. The board in its Vol. 2, No. 15 Weekly Bulletin from the Office of the Registrar sent to NAN said official dates for the commencement of the sale of both forms and the conduct of the examinations would be announced not later than March 24. JAMB explained that the delay was a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. “Unlike the previous years, this year is peculiar because of the series of disruptions to virtually all aspects of public life occasioned by Coronavirus pandemic. “It is with this extant reality in mind that the delay is being experienced, with the board embarking on a series of strategic adjustments to ensure that academic activities are not unduly impacted.
